Nicholas Kyrzakos

Nicholas Kyrzakos’s expertise in the logistics, transporation and B2B sectors brings a wealth of knowledge to STS team and key guidance for our clients.
A proven CEO with over 30 years of leadership experience and an extensive track record demonstrating growth through M&A, Nicholas Kyrzakos adds a truly global perspective to business after having lived in 13 countries on 4 continents throughout his career.
Involved in over 25 M&A transactions ranging from $15M to just under $1B in size, Nicholas personally led more than half of them through to integration. Having experienced both sides of the strategic M&A process, Nicholas truly understands the exit journey from both the buyer and seller’s perspective.
Nicholas brings significant expertise and domain knowledge in the transportation, logistics and B2B sectors. His guiding principle is focusing on identifying precisely the right fit for each unique situation. While his emphasis is on high value-add, especially within the logistics sector, Nicholas also works with start ups, private equity, and finance.
Nicholas previously held c-suite positions around the world. As Group CEO of JJ Transport, Nicholas operated in sub-Saharan Africa and as Regional CEO for Damco, the logistics arm of Maerks Shipping Lines, his territory spanned from Poland and the Czech Republic to Russia and throughout the Middle East including Israel, Iraq, and Jordan. Nicholas was also Global CFO for DHL aviation, the largest freight airline in the world at that time, and Regional CFO of Asia for UPS.
Nicholas received his MBA from the Cal State University system and holds a B.S. in Economics and Accounting.
