As a Managing Director at STS, she brings a powerful blend of systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and cross-sector expertise to guide founders, investors, and executive leaders through high-stakes transitions – including M&A, exits, and capital strategy. Her career spans early-stage ventures, venture capital, multilateral organizations, and global enterprises, united by a focus on unlocking value and managing complex stakeholder dynamics.

Yasmine began her career working on innovation strategy and stakeholder engagement in highly regulated industries, including healthcare and gaming. With a foundation as a psychotherapist, she brings a rare ability to navigate the emotional and interpersonal dimensions of strategic transactions, often bridging gaps between buyers and sellers. As the founder and CEO of Striven Consulting, she scaled the company to fourfold growth before its acquisition by Deloitte. Yasmine also co-founded and led ventures including V4D, RETA Technologies and GameSecure, further deepening her operational and leadership expertise. Yasmine has contributed value in various sectors including technology, AI, and data across the healthcare, gaming, hospitality, real estate, energy and climate industries.

Her later-stage focus on investment and impact led her to found Sama Impact Ventures, a data and AI-focused firm supporting early- and growth-stage companies across social sectors. As Managing Partner of Ignite Impact Partners, a women-led $30M climate fund, she drove investment into scalable innovation with measurable outcomes. She has advised Fortune 500s, sovereign funds, and high-growth startups, aligning business models, funding strategies, and social metrics across ecosystems. A trusted advisor and master facilitator, Yasmine is often called upon to close difficult deals and build coalitions across geographies. She serves on the boards of Power of Zero and the Aga Khan Grants and Review Board, and her work aligns with STS’s mission to help founders achieve not only successful exits, but enduring impact – combining deal strategy with emotional insight, operational depth, and purpose-driven legacy planning.

Yasmine holds multiple advisory board and mentorship roles, including YPO, guiding entrepreneurs through the lens of data monetization, quality assurance, and impact. A longstanding advocate for purpose-driven entrepreneurship, she continues to champion capital strategies that combine ROI with social ROI.

She holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in Healthcare from the UBC Sauder School of Business, where she was awarded a full $70,000 scholarship for academic excellence. She is also a Certified Health Executive (CHE), accredited by the Canadian College of Health Leaders, further solidifying her leadership credentials in healthcare innovation and impact.
