Wayne Bell

Managing Director

Wayne has served as a Founder, President, and CEO of multiple organizations in the public and private sectors with revenues of $350M+. He brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, P&L management, operations, sales, finance, and process development. Wayne has executed five successful transactions in the construction space and has a pipeline of transactions in construction, food & beverage, outdoor recreation, energy and power, e-commerce, manufacturing, biotech, education and learning, building materials, and management consulting.

Wayne brings extensive cross-industry experience, with a strong background in construction, telecom, service maintenance, direct-to-commercial / consumer, and wholesale distribution. His deep expertise spans marketing, sales strategy, operational optimization, and statistical analysis of key performance indicators – skills he leverages to drive long-term business alignment and performance. He also has sector-specific knowledge in facility services, property management software solutions, HVAC, and roofing construction and maintenance, allowing him to navigate complex operational environments with confidence.

Wayne has built, led, and managed companies of up to 1,000+ employees, with as many as 15 direct reports across nine different business disciplines that spanned multiple geographic territories. Most recently, he served as CEO and President of a major construction company, where he spearheaded the organization’s significant expansion, achieving double-digit growth to exceed revenue and profit targets. Throughout his career, he has been an Operating Partner, strategic advisor, and board member to multiple Private Equity and Investment Banking firms for operational diligence while leading several mergers and acquisitions to expand the organizations’ strategic capabilities.

Wayne holds an MBA from the University of Denver, a B.A. in Marketing from the University of New Mexico, an Executive Education Certification in Strategic Marketing from Stanford University, and Integrated Product Strategy, Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions from the California Institute of Technology.
