Suzanne Harp

Suzanne has personally led 17 mid-market sell-side mandates ranging from $2M to $35M in EBITDA. Her expertise lies in advising privately held, multi-location, and multi-generational family businesses, particularly those with complex ownership structures. She excels at securing pre-emptive offers, leading roll-up-to-exit strategies, and crafting compelling narratives that position companies for optimal market outcomes. With a keen eye for financials, she quickly identifies gaps and quality-of-earnings issues to mitigate risk and maximize value. Suzanne is known for connecting with qualified buyers who demonstrate a genuine acquisition posture, ensuring motivation and drive to see the process through to completion.

Her experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at a Data-Driven Growth firm, where she led global teams, managed a $25M budget, and grew revenue from zero to $25M, delivering the company’s first profit. Previously, as Managing Director of Strategic Accounts at a financial services and investment advisory firm, she worked across manufacturing, franchising, and logistics sectors. She was instrumental in launching and scaling the Professional Alliance Program’s platform across North America, cultivating long-term client relationships and multi-channel revenue streams, and creating a business vertical projected to generate $60M in revenue within five years.

As National Program Director for a youth cheerleading organization, Suzanne secured brand partnerships with a major fast-food chain and seven professional sports teams and oversaw media and merchandise programs that resulted in a 40% increase in memberships and a 345% rise in merchandise sales year over year. She later advanced in high-growth marketing and data analytics firms, gaining deep expertise in brand building, market positioning, and scalable revenue growth.

Suzanne holds a degree in Public Relations and Marketing in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is a founding board member of the Exit Planning Institute’s Dallas Chapter and an active voice in the private capital ecosystem.
