Managing Director

Stephane Boisvert is a seasoned executive with over three decades of expansive C-suite experience driving the success of several global organizations by focusing on strategies for significant turnaround or growth.

As an influential tech figure in Silicon Valley and beyond, Stephane is recognized as a thought leader in cloud computing ecosystems, SaaS/LaaS, agile and pairing development methodology, and DevOps management structure. With a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and M&A, Stephane brings his passion for translating technological innovation into true value and outcomes to the STS Capital team as a Managing Director.

Throughout his career, Stephane has been instrumental in building new knowledge and executing business turnaround strategies for top enterprises. Stephane’s focus on developing strong public and private sector relationships through proactive and constant communication has earned him a reputation for leading organizations with exceptional service. He has continuously exemplified his goal to lead, attract talent, and grow by developing leadership and attracting top talent at each organization he has supported.

Stephane spent his early career serving in leadership positions at noteworthy organizations in Silicon Valley, including Sun Microsystems and Bell, and during that period he played a critical role in six buy-side M&A deals ranging from $300M to $3.5B, with a total transaction value of $5B. Additionally, Stephane has notably led four large Canadian operations with worldwide reach, growing such companies from just 20-person teams up to 10,000 employees during his tenure. Under his direction, he has guided organizations through periods of high growth and the ability to achieve desired results despite a rapidly changing business environment.

More recently, Stephane was a board member and CEO of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc., a fintech company and a digital payment platform for banks and merchants, followed by his tenure as a board member and CEO of Datavalet, a company that is a managed service provider for AI Wi-Fi applications. Stephane later became President of a company that developed a leading 5G edge computing technology and software solution.

Stephane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. He also completed the Ivey Executive program at Western University and the YPO/Harvard Business School Executive Education program at Harvard University. Stephane serves as a mentor and board member of Techstars, a global network dedicated to helping entrepreneurs succeed. He also has received several awards and accolades, including the prestigious Globe and Mail Top 40 under 40 Award that celebrates Canadian leaders.

Currently, Stephane resides in Montreal, Canada.
