With over 25 years of experience in marketing, business management, operations, project management, and finance, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Nadia has demonstrated a strong commitment to values-based leadership throughout her career, emphasizing ethical decision-making and fostering a positive work culture. Her entrepreneurial acumen allows her to identify and seize opportunities, driving innovation and growth within organizations.
Nadia’s exhibits her expertise in M&A by approaching the selling process with a client-centric perspective. From initial strategy development to post-merger integration, Nadia ensures that strategies align with the clients’ goals and needs to ensure the smooth execution of every deal she handles.
Prior to joining STS, Nadia held senior management positions or served as a senior consultant for renowned companies such as Maritz, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Daimler Chrysler, Bank of Montreal, and Equitable Life. Through these varied experiences, Nadia has developed a diverse skill set and gained valuable insights into a wide range of industries including M&A.
Furthermore, having worked with clients throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia, Nadia possesses a global perspective and understands the nuances of different markets and industries. This international exposure has equipped her with a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics that enables her to navigate complex business landscapes successfully.
