Leadership Team

Jennifer is an experienced leader who has led many initiatives, including building highly effective senior leadership teams, mentorship programs, employee engagement initiatives, retention efforts, and talent acquisition.

Jennifer most recently founded White & Gale Consulting Inc., based in Vancouver, with the purpose of building better workplaces and expanding the well-being of organizations and their people. Prior to this, she lived in Hong Kong and was Senior Vice President leading Human Resource functions for the COO, Compliance, and Finance in the Asia Pacific region at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She also served as Asia Regional Head of Global Banking and Markets recruitment where she led a high-performing and engaged team to hire hundreds of people each year.

Her career has also included work as a Senior Researcher for Smith & Jessen Headhunters in Hong Kong. She was an intern at Binjai Hill Asset Management in Singapore, Project Coordinator at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, and Project Coordinator at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.

Jennifer earned a Master of Science degree in pharmaceutical science from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto, and she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. She earned 100 hours in coach training from Co-Active Training Institute.
