For 24 years, Jeff built one of California’s largest cut-flower enterprises, Brothers Brothers and Monterey Bay Bouquet, pioneering new floral varieties, launching national retail programs, and guiding teams toward operational and market growth. He then spent eight years leading utility-scale solar development projects as President of Sol Orchard and Sovereign Energy Storage, advancing renewable energy initiatives across the Western United States. These experiences taught him how to scale living systems, lead diverse teams, and generate tangible results, while revealing that true regeneration begins in the heart, not in effort alone.​

Today, Jeff is the founder and steward of Shine Ministries, a 501c3 spiritual organization devoted to helping people reconnect with nature through sacred ceremony, regenerative farming, and education. By cultivating fields of San Pedro cactus and other healing plants, his work supports personal growth, community building, and the integration of ancient wisdom with modern stewardship. His leadership philosophy focuses on creating the right conditions for life to thrive – in soil, in organizations, and in the human spirit.​

Jeff’s career also includes executive leadership in the financial, renewable energy, and consumer goods sectors, including founding 1st Capital Bank, leading FLRish (Harborside) as CEO, and guiding projects with CAblooms and other growers to serve major national retailers. His decades-long track record of growth, innovation, and value creation positions him to advise entrepreneurs on scaling businesses that are both financially successful and culturally regenerative.​

He holds a dual BA in Economics and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College and is a long-standing member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). ​
