Isabella has over 20 years of C-Suite experience in finance and operations, providing strategic financial services to mid-market private companies.bThroughout her career, Isabella has been highly focused on strategic alignment, managing execution, and maximizing enterprise value for her clients during the entire exit process. Isabella’s dedication to delivering exceptional results led her to be a core member of the STS deal team that was awarded the prestigious Telecom Deal of the Year by “M&A Advisor” in 2015.

During her tenure as the CFO of Consumer Impact Marketing and LAUNCH!, Isabella successfully realigned SGA as a percentage of revenue by implementing a 20% reduction in operating costs, resulting in improved cash flow despite a challenging environment of declining revenue.

As former CFO at The Globe and Mail, Isabella made significant contributions by consistently surpassing EBITDA targets set by shareholders. Isabella led a focus on cost reduction in mature areas of the business while strategically assessing investments to support top-line growth.

Isabella earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accounting from the University of Toronto and completed the Master Strategist, Executive Program through the Chartered Accountants of Ontario among several other business certifications. She is also an active board member at Planet in Focus, an environmental media arts organization, in addition to being an active volunteer leader at Climate Reality Project Canada.
