Managing Director
Harry Dugan is a Managing Director at STS Capital Partners, where he brings over 25 years of experience as an executive leader and trusted advisor to public, private, and private equity–owned businesses. An accomplished mergers and acquisitions specialist, he has successfully led and closed more than 40 transactions with values ranging from $20 million to $1 billion.
Over the course of his career, Harry has worked across a diverse range of industries including distribution, manufacturing, financial services, transportation, e-commerce, luxury retail, and hospitality. He has held senior leadership positions such as President, CEO, and CFO for private equity-backed businesses, Managing Director of a strategic management consulting firm, and Director of Corporate Development for a large publicly traded industrial company.
Harry’s breadth of experience enables him to guide organizations through complex strategic and financial transitions, consistently delivering results that align with both operational and shareholder objectives.
His educational background includes a B.S. degree from Drexel University, and he is a former Certified Public Accountant (presently inactive), further demonstrating his deep financial acumen and commitment to excellence in every engagement.
