The Team That Makes Extraordinary Exits™ Possible

Hamish Knox

Senior Advisor

Hamish Knox is a distinguished sales strategist, entrepreneur, and organizational leader with over a decade of experience helping B2B companies build scalable revenue engines, strengthen leadership alignment, and create the operational foundations required to support successful future exits. As a Senior Advisor to STS Capital Partners, Hamish leverages his extensive network of founders and business leaders to introduce entrepreneurs to STS and connect them with the firm’s global team when they are ready to explore an Extraordinary Exit™.

Hamish Knox

He is the Founder and President of Sandler Calgary, a leading sales development and advisory firm he established in 2011. Since then, Hamish has supported hundreds of companies in sustainably scaling their sales organizations – driving growth in revenue, productivity, and team performance. His work has contributed directly to multiple client exits, including two transactions in the hundreds of millions, and numerous organizations doubling (and in some cases 10x-ing) sales under his guidance. He is the only Canadian to receive the prestigious David H. Sandler Award, recognizing global excellence across the Sandler network.

Hamish is a two-time author, specializing in accountability frameworks and the human dynamics of change management. His methodology blends structured development, behavioral coaching, and repeatable systems that teams adopt and sustain long after initial engagement.

His advisory and training work spans software, professional services, engineering, industrial technology, IT services, and energy; supporting companies as they accelerate revenue, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen leadership communication, and build consistent, scalable sales processes. Many have significantly shortened their time-to-exit or increased exit value through the systems and accountability structures implemented with Hamish’s support.

Beyond his work at Sandler and STS, Hamish is an active mentor with Enactus Canada and a sought-after keynote speaker. He previously hosted the Full Funnel Freedom podcast, created to help revenue leaders build consistent, repeatable, scalable pipelines by getting the best people on their teams and the best out of them.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and has completed governance and strategic oversight programs with the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is certified in Extended DISC, Devine Inventory Level 1, STS Selling to Strategics Certified Exit Guide™, and has been recognized with multiple Pinnacle Awards and the Calgary Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year honor.
