He began his career as an Analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), the world’s largest corporate governance and proxy advisory firm, advising institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital structure changes, equity compensation, and director elections.
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School (with Distinction), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from Marymount University. He is a recurring guest lecturer in M&A and Valuation at the University of Oxford and is a board member & advisor for an international perinatal mental health organization.
