Leadership Team

As a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), her career holds extensive experience and expertise in designing and implementing business enablement strategies, software solutions, supply chain operations, innovation incubators, and experience management programs for global organizations across multiple cultures, geographies, and industries. Early in her career, she held various Executive positions focused on supply chain operations and information technology at companies such as DaimlerChrysler, and Microsoft Business Solutions. At Imperial Holdings Ltd., an investment holding company, she led business turnaround efforts and grew start-ups into successful, profitable organizations. Following, Anne-Marie headed up the Business Innovation Team at Imperial Logistics, an African and Eurozone logistics provider whose key focus was the implementation of standardized processes and technologies to support business growth, leverage insights, and empower informed business decisions.

She led a team in co-creating and implementing an inclusive, decisive, and performance-driven customer-centric value system for client-facing team members across 32 countries.

Passion for the upliftment and development of customer-facing employees motivated her to focus her doctoral thesis on the art of establishing a customer-centric culture in diverse and decentralized organizations – with structured innovation as the catalyst for organizational and digital transformation. In 2019, Anne-Marie founded BigRed CX Innovation Inc., a management and business enablement consulting firm that designs and implements innovative experience management solutions, business enablement functions, and CRM strategies that drive customers’ competitiveness and advance their growth by facilitating access to new value propositions and revenue streams.

Anne-Marie holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Engineering Management, a Master of Sciences in Electrical and Information Engineering, an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management. She is currently based in Ontario.
