Anastasios Spanidis (Tassos) is a serial entrepreneur, global executive, and strategic advisor with over 26 years of experience building, scaling, and guiding high-growth companies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. Recognized for his entrepreneurial drive, forward-thinking approach, and extensive international network, Tassos serves as the exclusive Senior Advisor to STS Capital Partners in Greece. He brings deep expertise in digital transformation, business strategy, and investor relations, helping founders and CEOs successfully navigate strategic exits and unlock maximum value.
As the President of the Growth, Prosperity & Abundance (G.P.A.) Investment Group, he oversees a dynamic and fast-scaling portfolio of businesses offering over 200 services, including digital transformation, software development, insurance, real estate development, advertising, and financial services, among others. Under his leadership, the G.P.A. group has become a launchpad for entrepreneurial ventures and international partnerships, with exporting activity in more than 50 countries and exclusive representation of leading global platforms and brands.
Tassos founded Generation Y at age 18, transforming it into a global player and the foundation for the G.P.A. Group. His entrepreneurial journey is marked by visionary investments, M&A leadership, and board roles across sectors ranging from fintech to AI, private equity, and business services. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development Europe at CEO Coaching International and holds senior advisory roles in over 15 countries, including VIOPOL Polyurethane Systems, Susten, Love Not Fear, and Pareto.
Recognized internationally for his thought leadership, Tassos has delivered over 500 keynote speeches at major global forums such as TEDx, World Economic Forum, Delphi Economic Forum, and Economist Events. He was named one of Fortune Greece’s “40 Under 40” and has received numerous accolades, including “Business Excellence” from AHEPA, “World Eminent Man in Resourceful Leadership” by the Who’s Who International Academy, and “Best Entrepreneur CEO of the Year” by CEO Clubs International for 2024.
