Alex began his career in quantitative risk and capital markets roles at McKinsey & Company, Natixis, and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, where he developed deep expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and capital structuring. This institutional foundation enables him to approach transactions with both analytical precision and an operator’s perspective.

At STS, Alex’s corporate development and CFO experience enhances the firm’s ability to prepare companies for Extraordinary Exits™ and move from Success to Significance™. He works closely with founders to refine financial positioning, anticipate buyer diligence requirements, and structure transactions that maximize valuation, certainty, and alignment with long-term objectives.
