STS Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Brenda Jacobsen joins STS Capital Partners as a Managing Director. She has helped organizations achieve high growth ranging from $50M-$200M and navigate disruption by focusing on human capital development and wellbeing. As an experienced CEO and advisor to other CEOs preparing for exit or first-time capital infusion, Jacobsen applies her deep background at STS to help our clients achieve their own Extraordinary Exit.
Jacobsen has successfully guided companies through internal organizational changes, market-disruption, and transitions following an exit. She served as CEO for several B2B and B2C organizations in sectors spanning from healthcare to professional coaching services, and she has maximized growth for various companies through strategic acquisitions.
Jacobsen was notably recruited as the first CEO of Life Cross Training (Life XT), a company in the corporate wellness benefits space, and it was there that she led the seed funding, introduced financial discipline, and created a revenue share partnership with the company’s largest client to fund the build of a mobile application for coaching deployment. Jacobsen later led the merger of Life XT with mindfulness training organization, Mindful, to diversify the audience and build shareholder value.
“We are pleased to welcome Brenda Jacobsen to STS Capital Partners as a Managing Director in Chicago. Her diverse background and expertise with guiding CEOs and their organizations through periods of change will be an incredible resource for our firm and for our clients.” – CEO of STS Capital Partners, Sean Friday.
Jacobsen serves on the International Board of Directors for Young Presidents Organization (YPO) in addition to being a Hesse Partners facilitator and a certified Conscious Leadership Group Coach. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant among other finance credentials. We are pleased to present Jacobsen and look forward to seeing the value she brings to our team and clients as a Managing Director.
