The team that makes Extraordinary Exits possible

Vivien Webb

Senior Advisor  |  STS Capital Partners

Vivien Webb is a Senior Advisor for the Asia Pacific Region.

Prior to joining STS Capital Partners, Vivien experienced a 35-year career in private wealth management in Asia, working across several top international institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Throughout her career, Vivien enjoyed senior-level relationship management and advisory responsibilities, witnessing a tremendous increase in Asian-based entrepreneurs who not only built fast-growing successful businesses but who sought also to use their success philanthropically.

In the final 7 years of her career at Morgan Stanley, Vivien acted as the Managing Director and Head of Sales for Private Wealth Management Asia, with specific responsibility for the Hong Kong and China markets. She was also a member of the Bank’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee, the China Management Committee, and the Private Wealth Management Asia Management Committee. Vivien also co-chaired the Morgan Stanley Asia Diversity Council and the Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Women’s Business Alliance, both of which had an overall mission of supporting the Bank in developing an open and inclusive corporate culture.

As a Senior Advisor of STS Capital, Vivien’s role is to promote and facilitate the journey of achieving Extraordinary Exits for STS clients, working closely also on the Success to Significance Program to further our goal of creating billions in impact capital. Very much aligned with the vision of STS Capital, one of Vivien’s personal ambitions is to create a community of philanthropic businesses, families, and individuals supporting individual charities of choice.
Outside of her professional career, Vivien chairs the Board of “PathFinders,” a Hong Kong based NGO with a mission of supporting the vulnerable children who are born to migrant mothers in Hong Kong.

Vivien holds an MBA from Cass Business School, City, University of London, and a BSc (Honors) degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the UK.
