People & Culture Coordinator

STS Capital Partners is currently seeking a proactive individual to join our People & Culture Team, ensuring seamless operations and the reinforcement of our values throughout the organization. This pivotal role will drive compliance with STS policies and procedures while prioritizing efficiency and organization to cultivate a cohesive, engaged, and productive workforce.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Maintaining all consultant’s records and folders ensuring the information is up-to-date and saved in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Tracking and updating consultant’s information through, our internal system(s) (Maximiser) and spreadsheets.
  • Preparing and administering People & Culture documents.
  • Liaising with external partners, such as HR system providers, on any issues or new developments required.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process and preparing onboarding packs for new joiners.
  • Managing all personnel activities, such as organizing birthday and anniversary lists and gifting processes.
  • Ensuring all mandatory onboarding trainings are allocated and completed by new joiners.
  • Creating consultant profiles on the HRIS and maintaining accurate information therein.
  • Assisting with Talent Acquisition:
    • Participating in job briefing meetings with the line manager and facilitating the updating of job descriptions.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date recruitment tracker in real-time, including backdating to incorporate applicants from previous years.
    • Aiding in the screening of CVs.
    • Leveraging the recruitment tracker to pinpoint potential candidates from past applications suitable for current vacancies.
    • Collaborating in the management of recruitment processes, such as sending the PI assessment and other related tasks.
  • Participating in ad hoc HR projects and assisting with the administration of HR processes.

The successful candidate has/is:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in technologies such as MS Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and must be adaptable to other technologies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative position.
  • Proven experience in working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
