Inside Sales – Relationship Manager (West Coast)

STS Capital Partners is looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales/Relationship Managers to build, maintain and strengthen our relationships with our global network of M&A Advisors. Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Proactively calling Advisors from our database to re-establish and authentically build strong, meaningful and long-lasting relationships
  • Onboarding new Advisors; proactively educating Advisors on STS Capital Partners’ protocols and creating strategies with Advisors on facilitating qualified deal flow
  • Building relationships with leads via defined checkpoints (telephone, SMS/text, video calls, emails, etc.)
  • Pursuing and proactively driving leads forward
  • Working in a timely manner to analyze and address Advisor’s questions and/or problems
  • Establishing an appropriate and productive cadence to meet with and update our Advisors to ensure continued engagement
  • Scouting Advisors in collaboration with other team members and executives
  • Ensuring the Advisor database is current and up to date
  • Participating in calls with the CEO /Managing Directors and other senior leaders; taking notes and providing call summaries and completing or facilitating action items
  • Representing STS Capital Partners in a professional manner at all times

The successful candidate has/is:

  • Client-focused with excellent customer service skills; able to remain personable and establish themselves as a reliable resource
  • Track record of generating leads through a consultative sales focused approach
  • Proven ability to build and develop authentic long-term relationships over the phone
  • Some exposure to financial services would be ideal
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a customer / client focused role, ideally with some training delivery experience
  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Commerce
