Wayne Bell
Managing Director

Wayne has served as President and CEO of multiple organizations ranging from public, private, and private equity with revenues of $200M. Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in leadership, P&L management, operations, sales, finance, and process development.  Wayne holds extensive experience in construction, telecom, service maintenance, direct commercial consumer, and wholesale distribution segments.  He also has expertise in marketing, sales strategy, operational optimization, and statistical trending of key indicators, which enables him to focus on developing long-term business alignment and performance. Other sector knowledge areas include Elevator Services Maintenance, Property Management Software Solutions, HVAC wholesale distribution, and Commercial Roofing Maintenance & Construction.

In Wayne’s previous roles, he has built, led, and managed teams up to 900+ employees, with as many as 15 direct reports across nine different business disciplines that spanned across multiple geographic territories. Most recently, Wayne served as CEO and President in a major construction company and was responsible for spearheading the organization’s significant expansion while achieving double-digit growth to exceed revenue and profit targets. Throughout his career, Wayne has been a strategic advisor to multiple Private Equity and Investment Banking firms for operational diligence, while leading several mergers and acquisitions to expand the organizations’ strategic capabilities.

 Wayne holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA in Marketing from the University of New Mexico. Wayne is a member of YPO and previously held the role of YPO Chapter Chair for the Arizona chapter. He is currently the Development Chair.
