Ron Pullar
Managing Director

Ron has over 25 years of experience in M&A, executive-level operations, marketing and sales in ERP, CRM, Big Data, analytics, SAAS, information technology and business consulting. Ron specializes in sell side of privately held software, IT and related technology companies through exclusive engagements and leverages his years of experience in capital raise, due diligence, selling and acquiring privately held organizations.

Ron has a strong entrepreneurial background with a clear record of exceeding corporate revenue and growth goals. As Interim CEO for Rackwise, a Data Center Infrastructure Management software company, he designed and implemented a new go-to-market strategy and identified three acquisitions to enhance the service portfolio around Machine Learning and AI. Ron was a Founder and Managing Director of Big Data & Marketing at Tectonic, LLC. He designed, built, and delivered innovative customer experience solutions for mid-sized to enterprise clients to better engage with their customers, grow revenue and leverage data. Prior to its acquisition by Tectonic, Ron was CEO/Founder of Local Cloud9, a Salesforce.com partner, providing cloud services, consulting, and marketing services to implement and configure CRM and ERP systems. Ron’s deep partner relationships and unique service offering were key components that established Local Cloud9 as an acquisition target.

At Ciber, a Global Systems Integrator, Ron built and directed a managed services practice focused on client support for ERP/CRM systems as Senior Director of Managed Services. The practice grew to over $100 mm in 18 months under Ron’s management and as a direct result of his ability to identify and customize go-to-market solutions and solidify relationships with significant customers, including CenturyLink, Oracle, SAP, Lawson and Salesforce.com. Ron held the position of Partner/Owner for a research and development tax credit consulting firm. He created a partner sell through model, which grew in new revenue to over $12M in a 12-month period. Ron was instrumental in the acquisition of an Exit Planning organization and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. He also led sales efforts for the Southwest U.S. for IBM as Senior Director of Sales and served as Regional Vice President of Sales with Qwest Cyber Solutions and helped position the company for acquisition by Corio and ultimately IBM.

 Ron is an active board member of several U.S.-based technologies companies. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Toledo and a master’s degree in Technology Management from Denver University.
